David’s latest novel, The Whole Truth, is reviewed in a post to the Funky Reading blog.
… Baldacci does pull in a few good elements. His plotline roughly tracks the changes in the media world; how soundbites, which took away actual reflective discourse and conversation, no longer even matter in a world of instant gratification of the Internet.

David’s latest novel, The Whole Truth, is reviewed in a post on The Printed Page blog.
This is David Baldacci at the top of his game. I enjoy reading Mr. Baldacci’s work and this is one of his finest. If you’re a fan of Vince Flynn and his leading character Mitch Rapp you might just want to give Shaw a try.

Baldacci takes the reader deep into the world of perception management. It’s a strategy employed by corporations since the dawn of capitalism, although not under such a catchy title as PM.

David’s latest novel, The Whole Truth, is reviewed in an article titled “007′s Double” in The Washington Post.
With his new thriller, David Baldacci moves from D.C.-centered dramas to the international stage, with a globe-trotting hero and heroine in a desperate race to prevent World War III. Given the high-stakes action, shadowy government agencies and neo-Cold War backdrop, it is tempting to liken “The Whole Truth” to the works of Tom Clancy or Robert Ludlum, but another comparison seems more apt: Fleming. Ian Fleming.

David’s novel Simple Genius is reviewed in a post titled “Book Review Club” on the Chicks514 blog.
All in all it was a pretty good book. I didn’t have any expectations from Baldacci, so I wasn’t too let down. Let’s just say I wasn’t as let down as when I read The Hunt for Red October.
