The fictional plot and setting of David’s novel Divine Justice is compared to a similar real-life situation involving a Mexican prison running hit-man squads in a post titled “Who’d Have Thought?” on Murderous Musings.
Well, as seems to be the case more and more these days, David could have stretched this plot-line even further and still run short of reality.

David’s novel Deliver Us From Evil is reviewed in a post on Civilian Reader.
Deliver Us From Evil will entertain, will keep you guessing (there are a fair few red herrings and switches), but might not be as fulfilling as previous novels from this brilliant author.

David’s novel First Family is discussed in a book group post on Lit-Wits Book Club.
Overall the book was well-received. It was difficult to figure out and certainly kept one’s attention, and was written so it was not easy to put down. Many in the group had never read a Baldacci book and were anxious to read more.

David’s novel The Christmas Train is recommended holiday reading in a post titled “Favorite Books with Christmas Theme or Setting” on Scrapbook of Christmas Firsts.
Baldacci fans may not enjoy his foray into this lighter genre; however I found it to be the perfect lite fare for my holidays and even read it aloud to my husband on a long driving trip.
