FAQ about shifting e-Letter subscription
The e-Letter subscription on the previous site was hosted on a separate server and required a different login identity. We are seeking to streamline the subscription process.
For this revised site, we are introducing the shift of e-Letter subscriptions from the external server to the DavidBaldacci.com registration.
What if I've already registered at DavidBaldacci.com? I didn't see the e-Letter subscription option!
Simply login to DavidBaldacci.com and visit your Member Profile. You'll see a new e-Letter tab. Select the Edit button to Update Your Profile then select the e-Letter tab. Subscribe and revise other settings, then press the Update button.
How soon do I need to register on DavidBaldacci.com to retain my e-Letter subscription?
We will retain the e-Letter subscriptions on both servers until the vast majority of active subscribers have registered at DavidBaldacci.com.
Will I receive duplicate e-Letters?
Until the vast majority of active e-Letter subscribers have registered at DavidBaldacci.com, we will send e-Letters to both lists.
This may result in receiving duplicate e-Letters. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you use the Unsubscribe option to cancel your subscription to the lists.davidbaldacci.com version.
Each e-Letter will be clearly labeled so you can unsubscribe from the correct version.
